Thankful for Fitness – November Challenge Group!

Since injuring my back on Saturday I have taken a whole new appreciation for working out. I enjoy that I am able to do it. I love the way it makes me feel. I love the energy it gives me. Let’s be honest, we all love seeing the results too! Not being able to workout is really messing with me. Yes, it has only be a few days, but we you make this part of your everyday life it’s a long time!

Not being able to workout to give my back time to heal has really made me appreciate that my body is able to do so on a regular basis. I’m thankful that I stumbled upon these programs and the support the groups offer. So, I want to pay it forward in the month of November. It is a month that a lot of people like to look back and reflect on what they are thankful for. This time, let’s work together to be thankful that fitness is there and our bodies are capable! {We can also share other things within the group we are thankful for}

Here is what I have for you:

  • A different workout each day of the week for 30 minutes
  • A simple and easy to follow nutrition guide where we will be eating a lot of REAL FOOD {wine and chocolate included ;)}
  • Portion controlled containers
  • DAILY motivation and accountability in my online fitness group
  • Focus on learning to make healthy lifestyle changes that work instead of quick fixes
  • A dense superfood (over 70!) shake that tastes like you are eating dessert for the meal you choose to use it. It’s packed full vitamins, antioxidants, prebiotics, probiotics, and protein

What I need from you:
  • 21 Days! You can do anything for 21 days.
  • You willingness to be ready to work on you and do something for yourself

Are you ready to do this? We start November 2nd. That’s put us finishing the Sunday before Thanksgiving! That means you can walk into Thanksgiving dinner and wow everyone with your amazing progress and transformation!
